The European country with the highest percentage of workers speaking a foreign language is Luxembourg, in which 99% of people speak at least one other language. Lithuania and Latvia come second and third with 97% and 95%, followed by Denmark and Slovenia.
At the end of the list there are Spain, Bulgaria and Hungary.
